You poured into my life this afternoon as I listened to The Soul Show on YEP while pulling nails out of 2X4s. It was "Power." It was powerful. I'm a church singer (what we Catholics call a "cantor") and have spent a lot of time this evening listening to your music and your words. I hope you will continue to write and sing to everyone, not just the (already) faithful. You have a gift for describing the experience of grace without being heavy-handed, thereby touching those who would otherwise pull away. My oh my, I ended up on Relevant Magazine's The Drop and started listening to your cd and I haven't stopped since. Your vocals are so rich and your lyrics tapped into similar ones buried in my own heart. I am impatiently and excitedly awaiting the day when you're able to make it down to Florida and perform.
